Pink and White Game and Fundraiser

The 2024 Pink & White game will take place on Friday, April 26, 2024 at St. Xavier High School.

The Annual Pink and White game is a night like no other, with two colors and one cause!

Since it began in 2008, the Pink & White game has been played to honor, remember, and celebrate those in our communities affected by breast cancer and to raise money for organizations fighting for and supporting them.

With thousands attending that first game in 2008, our four schools donated $12,000 to support research to find a cure for breast cancer. However, our school communities wanted to support local organizations, so we have partnered with Norton Cancer Institute for the last 14 years. They provide individualized support for women diagnosed with breast cancer and their families.

This year, we are excited to continue the relationship between the Pink & White game and Norton. Because of the dedicated efforts of our four communities, we will also give a gift to Gilda’s Club of Louisville this year.

Over the last 15 years, Assumption, Sacred Heart, St. X, and Trinity have joined forces to donate nearly $340,000 to address the needs of women and families impacted by breast cancer.

In November 2022, The Pink & White Game was awarded the Outstanding Youth Philanthropy Award by the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Representatives from all four schools, including Sacred Heart VP for Advancement Tina Miller Kauffman `84 and senior Norah Teff, 100 Club President, accepted the award on behalf of all SHA students.

SHA's Team White captured the win in the annual flag football fundraiser in 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023, with a year off due to COVID-19 in 2020. This annual evening of fundraising and fun is full of sisterhood, school spirit, and focused on serving the needs of others.
