Twenty-four student-athletes from Sacred Heart Academy signed national letters of intent to continue their athletic careers in college on November 7, 2024. This is an unprecedented number of athletes for a fall signing at Sacred Heart. Last year produced 14 in the fall and another 8 in the spring for a total of 22.

Sacred Heart Academy’s athletic program, led by Donna Moir, was ranked by MaxPreps as the top Kentucky high school athletic program following the 2023-24 year. With 16 sports, it is home to 65% of the student body. The athletic program was also ranked #22 in the country by Niche.com and has won two state championships already this year, with golf and soccer bringing home titles.
