The Frazier Fellows program is the culmination of the Jean Frazier Leadership Institute experience. encompasses three years of students’ comprehensive study and practice in servant leadership. Frazier Fellows participate in authentic leadership workshops and networking events, a personal finance course, a quarterly online leadership course, and a minimum 40-hour internship or authentic leadership experience designed by the student. Fellows share their leadership growth and experiences when they present a final capstone project to a panel of faculty and community members.

The Jean Frazier Leadership Institute is the first and only high school leadership program of its kind in Kentucky. It promotes a leadership culture at Sacred Heart Schools by providing authentic learning experiences that create empowered leaders who seek to serve others. All students at Sacred Heart Academy participate in leadership programming through the Institute each year. They grow as servant leaders exhibiting perseverance, resilience, authenticity, empathy, and determination while building a community of young women supporting other women.
