Yesterday Charlotte Crush '26 was recognized by Mayor Craig Greenberg as a Distinguished Citizen of the City of Louisville: "We all know Louisville is an amazing sports city, home to so many great athletes. Charlotte is just one of the upcoming generation that's continuing to make us proud."
Charlotte won two gold and two silver medals at the World Junior Championships in Otopeni, Romania in August. Charlotte is a three-time SHA team state champion and holds three individual school records (100 back, 100 fly, 100 free) and one relay (200 medley relay) school record at SHA, and she's the #1 swimmer in the Class of 2026, already committed to the University of Tennessee.
We are so proud of her excellence in the pool and in the classroom; she's a true Valkyrie!
